Dan
Executive Chef
Dan grew up in Songkhla, Thailand, where he inherited his love for traditional Thai cooking from his grandmother.
Dan's favourite dish to cook is his famous Massaman Beef - 10-hour slow-cooked beef shin with new potatoes - in a delicious authentic sauce.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, it's our most popular dish!

Beam
Head Chef, Glastonbury
Beam moved to Street from Thailand with her husband in 2019.
Trained by Dan, initially as his sous chef, Beam proved to be an exceptional chef and is now taking on the head chef role at Jai Dee Glastonbury.
We're excited to see what new inspirations Beam will bring to the Glastonbury specials board!

Spanish born Toni is the super organised member of the team, keeping both kitchens running seamlessly whilst ensuring the chefs and servers uphold the high standards Jai Dee is known for.

Cook and Prep Chef, Glastonbury and Cheddar
Ying has worked with the Jai Dee team since we opened our doors and will now be supporting both Cheddar and Glastonbury kitchens as prep chef.
